My name is Freya (pronounced "Fray-ah"). I was born on June 29th, 1991, which makes me 17 years old. I live in the Dutch part of Belgium (trust me, not as cool as it sounds), together with my mom, two evil older sisters, an even more evil cat, three chickens, and a bunch of cows across the street. I just graduated from high school and will be going to college in September to study computer science. I'm SO nervous about going to a new school, you have no idea. Right now I am just spending my summer playing neopets, watching Desperate Housewives and angsting over my ex-boyfriend. Yay! Personality-wise, I'm so cheerful it gets on people's nerves. I'm also overly emotional and compassionate, and I can't shut up. Ever. Also, I think life is funny as hell, and I live by that.

Things I love Musicals, summer, hugging people when they least expect it, rainbow colours, money, killing spiders with hairspray, getting complimented by random strangers, Questionable Content, playing the piano, and... life, really.
Favourite Music The soundtracks of The Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables, Wicked, The Sound of Music, West Side Story, Roméo & Juliette, Sweeney Todd, Hairspray and Moulin Rouge (told you I loved musicals!) Also... ABBA, The Dresden Dolls, Garbage, The Hush Sound, Lara Fabian, Nightwish and Vanessa Carlton. See my CD list for more.
Favourite Movies Pretty much all of the musicals I've just mentioned that have a film version. + Aladdin, Amélie, American Beauty, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Mean Girls, Stardust, The Emperor's New Groove, The Lord of the Rings, The Notebook, The Pirates of the Caribbean and The Shawshank Redemption.
Favourite TV Shows Desperate Housewives and Sex & The City. Yes, that's all, I never watch TV.
Favourite Books Harry Potter (except for Book 7, ew) and any book versions of the musicals I've mentioned. Yes, I know I'm obsessed. And any fanfiction of the above!
